Bar none the best shop in town. These kind gentleman were able to accommodate me after an unfortunate theft with my car. They worked with me and my insurance over a series of month and were able to fix her right up. They are professional and pay tension to detail, I almost didnt recognize my car when I saw it lol. My front-end of my pick up truck was damaged in a wreck and wanted to be back looking good. I called a few places and couldn't get my truck started right away and it would be weeks and months before they get started. When I called Kosmic Collision, they told me to come on down and they will go ahead and get it disassembled same day. They also made sure that all parts was going to be factory parts and no aftermarket parts so everything will be pre-accident condition. Rough estimate was kind of high but I learned "you get what you pay for" so I was ok with it because those guys knew what they were doing and talking about. I can tell by the way they had other cars disassembled and some ready for pick up, that this was a good shop. When I picked my truck up I was so happy. Paint was super clean and matched all the way. It look just like a brand new truck and it was detailed clean. These guys definitely know what they are doing and do a great job. I definitely recommend people to check them out because you will definitely be satisfied 100%. I hope I don't have to go back ever but if I do, these guy will be who I always bring my vehicles back too, to bring them back to life. Thanks guys for awesome service and work!!

5 stars are not enough. Let me begin here. My insurance company wanted me to go to one of their preferred body shop, however I refused. Why?? Well my daughters car was hit earlier this and I took it to the preferred collision body shop. The job was so horrible that they sent it to another shop to fix and guess what?? Its still a bad job. War in mind this is one of the top body shops in charlotte. So of course when my Porsche Macan got swiped in a parking lot by some dim wit. I knew not to make the same mistake. Now on to my review of Kosmic Collision. From the moment I stepped into the shop I stepped like a human being. They were courteous and being a woman they broke down everything down to me on what needed to be done to my car so that I understood, I never got this at the so call big boy body shops. Not only did I meet the body man who would work on my car but also the painter who talked to me about blending to make my baby look amazing again. As you can imagine with all the weather changes and hail storms that were happening, the shop was booked solid with cars, but they managed to have my baby ready a week and a half before the deadline. Lets now talk about how my car looked when I picked her up. She looked fresh off a new car dealership again. I have a unique color car and when I say the painter understood the assignment please believe me. The paint blend was chefs kiss. I even brought my husband to critique the job and he could not tell where the paint job started or ended. My car was detailed inside and out also. The owners also provided me with some helpful information on how to keep my wheels maintained to perfection ( Im on that for sure) anyways I made the right decision by going against my insurance company and selecting Kosmic Collision to take care of my car. While they are small body shop they completed a very big job in a very big way. I recommend these guys to any and everyone now. A1 company A1 customer service and A1 results.

Initially, when I was researching different body shops to repair my vehicle, they stood out the most to me through their attention to detail with the pre-inspection and discussing my options. Losing my car at a critical part in my life due to the irresponsibility of another was discouraging...but a friend referred me to Kosmic. Working at a car dealership I had my doubts about certain body shops quality of work. First let me say they came and got my damaged car from my house, gave me all the details, lifted my spirits by showing empathy when I got to their office . They made me feel like family...The fix did not take long at all, eventhough they gave me a realistic e.t.a. in advance. They called me throughout the process and updated me on everything. When I went to pick my car up, Lets just say brand new car feeling all over again. I was not expecting them to do all these great things. I had to take their business cards and pass them around like I was working for them. They made me feel a part of something that much and I truly appreciated it. Kosmic deserves a 10. Quick story- my car was hit by a person that backed into me coming out of Walmart really hard that knocked me up against the driver door that I had to have medical treatment.
Her insurance company had deemed my car a total loss. So I go another opinion from my insurance and they said it can be repaired.

Kosmic Collision came and towed my vehicle to their shop and did an excellent job.
I cant tell that it has been hit at all.

I Looked for months trying to find the right body shop after I was rear ended in my 2009 Cadillac CTS-V. I wanted a body shop who knows how paint works. Every other place I went for quotes either didnt work on anything over 10 years old or didnt end up even sending me an estimate. I had to tow my car, and had more damage that what was initially thought. Kelvin was very clear and straightforward on what was going on. I even got frequent, unsolicited, updates.

Kosmic collision did a beautiful job making my car look brand new. They are extremely patient and wonderful communicators. Highly recommend these guys I couldnt have asked for better customer service or results with my car!

This shop repaired my daughter's 2019 Subaru Crosstrek front fender, which she damaged in a low speed collision with a tall curb. This place is awesome! Kelvin and Charles were great at communicating my car collision repair needs to myself and my insurance company. The communication was amazing. I honestly cannot express how highly I recommend Kosmic Collision. I just got my car back, and it looks like it did the day that I drove it off the lot. Further more, they communicated exceptionally well; and by the time I left, I felt as if I made friends. I originally found them as the only body shop near me that had 5 stars... and now I completely understand why. Shout out to Kelvin and Charles!
